1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Emma The Angelic Medium. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By proceeding with your appointment, you agree to the following terms.

Emma being a very real & uniquely geniune gifted person, has her own struggles as a single Mum of three growing boys, with added personal complications of Dyslexier & Mild ADHD,what she guarantees is her full focus with her clients (Occasional disturburbunce may arises sorry)

2. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within this window will result in loss of payment.

  • If you feel you are not connecting with the reading, you must state this within the first 5 minutes to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

  • Emma reserves the right to cancel any appointment at her discretion. A full refund will be provided in such cases.

3. Reading Disclaimer

  • All readings are provided in good faith but are for entertainment purposes only under UK law.

  • No guarantee can be made regarding the accuracy or outcomes of any guidance.

  • The information shared is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial or psychological.

4. Client Responsibility

  • You must be over 18 years old to book.

  • If you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or struggling with mental illness, it may affect your reading and we recommend you do not book at this time.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Emma The Angelic Medium and her affiliates are not liable for any actions you take following a reading.

  • We disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from services provided.

6. Conduct

  • Abuse, rudeness, or breach of these terms may result in termination of service without refund.

  • We reserve the right to block access or cancel services at our discretion.

7. Data Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR. We do not share your information with third parties and will only contact you in relation to your booking unless you opt in for updates.
